I just had to share that I canned 20 jars of pickles this Thursday. It was so much fun and I think that I'm addicted. I did some Kosher Dills that Josh had bought a pack of seasonings/ingredients for and used Shak's mom's recipe for some garlic dills. I'm so excited and I may do some more. We'll see. Josh thinks we have enough pickles for 2 years, but he doesn't know how good they'll be yet. I can't wait to try them.
